Reporting COVID-19 Expenses

This document provides guidance on the reporting of COVID-19 pandemic related expenses in the 2020 Financial Information Return (FIR).
DownloadThe FIR system and all associated applications will be unavailable January 30th to March 3rd 2026 as a result of a scheduled system upgrade.
During this period the FIR website will be available Monday to Friday only, with the exception of Friday February 6th and Friday February 13th.
