FIR System Upgrade Complete

NEW!–We are pleased to announce that the system upgrade to the Financial Information Return (FIR) has been completed. The system and all associated applications have returned to normal operations.

2025 FIR Template Directions:

1. For those municipalities that have downloaded the FIR2025 template on or before January 26, 2026, but have not initialized the template, please re-download the FIR2025 template from the FIR website.
2. For those municipalities that have downloaded and initialized the FIR2025 template on or before January 26, 2026, please email us your file and we will update the file for you.
