Schedule 10.4 - Supplementary Information on Salary and Benefits Expenses

This schedule captures supplementary information at the elementary and secondary panel level on salary and benefits for school administration and library & guidance staff. All expenses are to be reported on a PSAB basis.

The total amounts reported on this schedule must agree to amounts reported on Schedule 10:

  • Principal and Vice-Principal expenses (item 9.3) should equal total expenses for Principals and Vice-Principals on Schedule 10, item 61, column 20. This is enforced through Warning_SC10.4_1.

  • School Office expenses including secretaries and other expenses (item 10.3) should equal total expenses for School Office on Schedule 10, item 62, column 20. This is enforced through Warning_SC10.4_2.

  • Total salary and benefits expenses for Library and Guidance (item 12.4) should equal salary and benefits expenses on Schedule 10, item 57, columns 02 (Salaries and Wages) and 03 (Employee Benefits). This is enforced through Warning_SC10.4_3 (for salaries and wages) and Warning_SC10.4_4 (for employee benefits).
